Where Do You Find A Great Nonprofit Story?

By July 3, 2013April 25th, 2014Storytelling

I’m honored to be the guest webinar host for the Nonprofit Hub on July 10 when we dive into this topic. I’ve shared and coached more than 3000 stories over the years and definitely have learned some things about where to find the great ones!

To introduce the webinar I have a guest post at Nonprofit Hub on Where Can Nonprofits Find Good Stories. In the post I talk about the “deer in the headlights” look I get accompanied by:
“Um, but, I don’t meet any of our clients.” “I don’t know any stories about our work.” “Uh, well, the program staff are the ones who know the people we serve but when I ask them to tell me stories they give me one line or they ignore me.”

If this sounds like YOU, read on.

And you can read on over at Nonprofit Hub, and please join me at 11 am Central to learn more about where to FIND stories that cause people to want to take action.
