In her first full year at House of Charity, Director of Marketing and Development, Melissa Musliner jumped in to engaging and re-engaging donors. Print and eNewsletters have been created and the website has been updated to convey more compelling stories and information about the impact of their work. Listen to what Melissa has to say about closely examining their donor data to help her know where to focus.
