Lori – Thanks for sharing this fun and important message from Beth! It’s true that my clients sometimes let stewardship slide, but thanking your donors is key to donor retention and loyalty!
Beth has a great reminder – do what works for your organization not what the other guy is doing. We sometimes forget that and then we get off track.
