At Hammer Residences, Inc. the development team works year-round to stay in contact with their nonprofit supporters. They take time to make the contact they have with their supporters personal and warm, especially with their “insiders,” the families of their clients. And to do that they make sure to maintain a clean, useful donor tracking system. They’ve got some good advice for any size organization.
